Who is eligible to apply for a bad credit phone?

If you are at least 18 years old and you reside in the UK then you are eligible to apply for a bad credit phone. Just make sure that you can provide proof of income to prove that you are financially capable to handle the monthly payments.

I have a history of CCJ and default, can I still apply?

If you have a poor credit rating because of your history of CCJ or default, you are still welcome to apply. Since we don’t run credit checks on applicants, your credit score will not really affect your chances for approval.

How fast do you approve bad credit phone applications?

What are the documents that I need to prepare for the application?

Among the documents you need to prepare when applying for a bad credit mobile phone includes proof of identification, proof of income (recent payslips, bank accounts/statements, etc.) and proof of billing address.

Do you have hidden fees?

There are two ways to pay your monthly bill. You can do it manually over the counter at one of our branches or through our payment centers. Or you can pay through bank by setting up an auto-debit arrangement. The latter option is highly recommended if you want convenience and to also avoid missed or delayed payments.

What happens if I miss my monthly payments?

If you miss a payment, you may incur late payment fees and related charges. Payments should be updated as soon as you can to avoid racking up high interest and missed payment fees. The same thing is true if you are late with your monthly payments. You’ll incur fees that can increase your monthly fee than usual.

When can I upgrade my phone or contract package?

If you’re a good payer and you’ve been with us for over a year, you may be eligible to upgrade your handset or bundle package. Just call customer service to find out if you’re eligible for an upgrade. If yes, then our customer service representative can process your upgrade immediately.
